I'll throw one more option in the pot. I ran stream bars for years and liked them except for cost and convenience. I would still choose them over 3 hole caps due to uniformity, and 7 hole caps due to burn. I am currently running a Hardi 5 hole cap that is not very height sensitive and burns less than the 7's. It is a 110 degree style cap made to run like a 110 tip -- i.e. 100% overlap. They are much lower cost than stream bars and you don't have to get out and adjust them. I've been pleased so far.
