87 acres brough $7,000 per acre. Good Flannigan and Drummer soils, CSR ratings were tops.
First drop I have seen but I haven't been to any in a while. Had some bins on it, also right next to Rt51 by town. A few months ago that would have brought closer to 8. Didn't recognize who bought it but I didn't see any local farmers bidding.
