It may have more to do with the vintage of your browser than the operating system.

We did a small update in order to keep up with the evolving protocol of the Web. You will see that the URL now starts with https: instead of just http:. This is supposed to assure that a Web page is compliant with the new security guidelines. Unfortunately, small things tend to trip up HTTPS Everywhere. For example, the way AgTalk loads images will sometimes result in a broken lock icon. If you are buying online, or surfing along the edge of social acceptability, this is an alert worth heeding. But here on good ol' wholesome AgTalk it's more of an annoyance.
