NC Indiana | I don't know where you'll find it with the seed and the cost is likely going to be to the moon. Our jobs call for seeding then straw blanket. Fratco Tile in Francesville did sell straw blanket. Adds for straw blanket in The FarmWorld and maybe The Farmer's Exchange - I don't have one hand. Also some of the landscaping companies sell it. Should be able to find suppers in South Bend and Fort Wayne areas.
Edit - I had some handouts at the office if you need more info I could look to see if we still have them and if they're current.
