This winter, when there isn't much else going on, pull the table off and take it to the best welder you know. Have them weld those holes up. Do it slowly and keep everything as cool as possible. It's best to machine some inserts that fit snugly into the holes and then weld them in from both sides.
Take the table to a good machine shop and have them surface grind it. I have seen tables in two pieces put back together this way. Always been amazed that people will do that to a good drill. It's known as the "arc of shame."
The chances of finding a used table in good shape are essentially 0%.
