Your pictures need to be 100kb or smaller actually it's closer to 120kb

You can also download the MS powertoy for resizing images here if you happen to be running XP. It makes an option on you right click menu to resize pictures on your computer without altering the originals. It's really the simplest to use.

If your pictures are already online that is a plus it's just a little more work by embedding them and you will be sharing pictures all the time. When you embed them from someplace like photobucket you do not need to do any resizing either.
