North West IA/western AZ | I've had Ag Leader products for years, they were always helpfull and friendly. Now they have an answering system which seems to want to keep custumers out. They were still friendly once I got through.
I was not getting guidance from my EZ 500 in freefrom mode. Called the dealer who called AL. They told the dealer that I needed to call them, they couldn't call me for some reason. I called and was on hold 5 or 10 min before they came on. 15-20 min later he got the guidance back.
I guess the frustating part is that they couldn't call me. | |
