I like to fall rip bean stubble every few years with an Unverferth Zone Builder and then run over the ripped ground in the spring with a To The Max harrow, both do a good job, and the harrow helps to warm up the ground. If you do the Turbo Till in the fall it will just seal back over by spring in my opinion.
