If it is already in storage and that was not the agreement at the time you unloaded the truck I'd say they can't do this.

It depends on what your understanding was when the grain was delivered. We have some (corn) on DP that is .20 till the end of the year and .04/Bu/Mo. there after...that is what the contract says and I think they would have a hard time making someone sell.
