Barn's here are on the north side of $10/ton. 

Just a "top" tarp is $8/ton, side tarp an another $2/ton, bottom tarp another $2.00/ton. Oh,, that is not buying the tarp,, just renting it.  Tear the miserable thing or damage it in anyway,, and you just bought the entire tarp.. The only "bright spot" is when you call an order a tarp for a stack,, a big'o 1 ton crew cab truck shows up, about 8-9 mexican's bail out, and in 30 min tops,, the entire pile peaked, covered with a tarp and securely tied down.  NO substitute for a GOOD barn thou.
