guess it would depend on what moisture and temperature it is now.  We dry to about 16 with the bin dryer and have temps that are close 90 to 100 grain temps. it will dry down when cooled to around 15 or less.  I would shut the dryer off then run fans after has sat and stirred for a day or so then cool for a day or so. wait another couple days and cool again.  For final storage like to run when the weather turns cold... High 20's low thirties with sunshine are ideal.Run then during the day till your sure it is cold.  Run stirrers for the first go round then you can shut them down.. One other thing if it's going to sit for awhile is to pull the center... send it to town or recirculate it.
