We've found that advantage several times w/our Brent Avalanche. Like you said, in 40-50 mph winds, just lower the auger into the semi or wagon & unload. You'll now have to be careful not to let grain get up on spout though. We had a Brent corner auger before our Avalance (2-auger) & we prefer the 2-auger system also.
