Elkmont, AL | Wife and 2yr old little girl came to the field and took a few pictures so I thought I would share. I always enjoy looking at everyone else's operation. Cotton in pictures is ST 5242 and Im tickled with how its turning out, I just about gave up on this cotton in july due to the drought. I have some ST 4664 RF planted for refuge and it did not defoliate well at all, have other people had any problems with the new flex, BG2 varieties defoliating? I had some 143 B2RF that defoliated alot like the 4664 RF last year and was just wondering if this is a characteristic associated with the new flex varieties? Hopefully I can get some DP 444 and ST 5242 for at least one more year before the registration runs out. Good luck with everybodys harvest.
