| We fixed this a few years back (been posted before). We used rear axles from a small car and the donut tires for the rear carriers with dolly type front wheels with a pull handle. It has SAE on one side and 3/4 drive and metric on the opposite side. I also labeled SAE sizes in appropriate graph type placing above the metrics to help finding the right metric if the SAE doesn't do the job. Extra long bolts hold deep set or multiples of sockets or wrenches. 1/2" white poly board makes for easy marking and drilling for the pegs or holes for ratchets, breaker bars, extensions, etc.
The power strip would be a good addition as well as an air manifold. A magnifier to read socket sizes would also help poor eyesight for the ones that don't get put back on the right peg!
