Slicker than a Yes album.
Most have a rock box in lieu of weights. There's an outfit south of us on the MN/IA border that makes heavy boxes out of 1" plate. Add some other plate to the inside and you've got a box that is about 2/3's of a full rack. (2600 lbs on a JD)
They're stout enough to push beet trucks out (or anything else you want to push.)
