Why not exclude the 440 completely? The 2600 Rate Controller can do anything a 440 can do. If you can set your equipment up so it will run with a 440 it will work with the 2600 RC. The wiring harness you'll need for your 7210 was around $800. The only thing it is short is the ISO connector itself.

To answer your question though, no, you would need a field doc connect kit.
