Probably weakens it some, but we used to use it all the time when topdressing wheat and even sometimes while drilling wheat.  The thing is if you need antifreeze in the foamer, it is pretty much a given that you are not operating in the hot, dry conditions which make it hard to make and keep good foam, isn't it?
