The corn may dry down a little faster after a freeze. Needs to get down to 25 or less and really kill the stalk. Wet ground is the real culprit for us. No place for the moisture to go out of the ear except air dry. When the ground is dry the plant seems to wick the moisture out of the ear, down the stalk and into the ground. Not going to happen this year.
