If I'm not mistaken your "black box" is basically an Agleader PF3000 with CASE printed on it.
If that is so check the date and time on your box.
I had a problem couple of years ago with logging GPS data and as it turned out there is a small battery in there that maintains clock time.
If it has never been replaced it should be ASAP.
