This is going to be worse than the Halloween blizzard of '91. That year we had 6-8" of snow and I don't remember a lot of wind. We're supposed to get 11" and the wind is blowing sustained winds in the upper 40's right now with gusts up to 60. This is all on top of nearly 2.00" or rain we have received so far today and close to 6.00" since Oct. 6th.
