If the equipment used to produce organic do not burn bio diesel from organically grown oil crops you will not be able to certify as Organic!!!!!!!

Oh Yes RR alfalfa to a dairy & the compost is certifiable but the milk is not? Interesting twist and turns in the organic world.

Reason I mentioned the dead cows in the compost is a fellow I know composted turkey litter. Besides turkeys he had a cow calf operation. On rare occasions a cow would die on him. He dropped on into the compost heap one time and when he spread the compost the cow had completely disappeared.
Turkeys die for no known reason and composting was his preferred method of disposing of the dead birds.

Back to organic, I was wondering if the rules require irrigation water to come from a source that is certified organic, with not a trace of artificial chemicals?
To be organic you could end up chasing your tail for the rest of your life.
