Ditto. SMS is not user friendly IMHO but the tradeoff is power and capabilities that amaze me once I learned how to use it. The basics are actually fairly straightforward, but it takes some getting on to when you really want to see what it can do. Analysis, is particularily powerful but there is the tradeoff in learning curves.
