I haven't seen 24.5's, but 22.5's like that aren't too hard to find "here". Most of the manure spreaders come with them, 20" truck tire rims can also be had with 8 hole implement bolt pattern.

If you find some to buy, be sure to check the load rating. There are different thicknesses of centers for different weight ratings.
