North Central Kansas
Good tractor in a way,,,,we have one with about 12,000 hours,,,,transmission has been rebuilt several times,,,19 spd powershift. really rough shifting compared to our old 7140 magnum. It has good visibility and inside controls., power, hydraulics. Pain to work on but not much worse than magnum. Our's has been on a loader most of it's life and a sprayer-swather-baler-auger tractor on the side. Overall too many electronics in my opinion compared to the magnums. But this is from a mechanic/part time farmer's view. Also ours is a 93 model,,,I've heard they made some improvement on the newer ones. i guess it all depends on what you have been running. Kinda like a cadillac VS chevy----nice to run,,,but too much crap to work on.
