Subject: RE: Best grease? That takes the heat

Central Minnesota
We use the grease that CaseIH sells and there never is any oily residue leaking from the gun.  I don't know who makes it for them or if it is the best.

The problem I have is using a hand pump that fits over the pail it is hard to fill the gun if the grease gets to cool. It also has trouble with pumping air into the gun because the grease won't slide down because it is to thick. I like using bulk grease, but when you get air in the gun it is frustrating. Tell me about this air pump that you use with a 5 gallon pail. Maybe that would work better then a hand pump. Thanks. Jerry
