That sounds very slow to be exporting data. Won't the PFAdvantage take it any faster? 9600 or 19200? Raven's Auto-Mate will take GGA @ 5 hz, VTG @ 5 hz, and 19200.
I would think if it is recieving very slow data it would bog down.
The S3 has internal memory instead of a memory card, that should speed things up quite a bit.
