Depends on what was offered or what people bought with the machine as original...we purchased an 04 3500 that had the black grill and auto windows just no cruise or electric seats. The 06 that i bought has a chrome grill and all the bells and whistles except for leather. The 06 is a Power Ram 2500.
Our dealer basically would add what you wanted to the truck you wanted to buy when you bought it new. I haven't looked into used trucks as I haven't bought one in a long time. So I guess you will have to just keep looking. Eventually you will find one that some one customized out of the gate.
