Central Il Morton | You can try rotating the black box on the right side. It doesn't take much to make a big change.
The skid pads are adjusted at the back of the arm. Don't remember which way but it should be obvious when you loosen the lock nut. I would change the all the same to start.
Or you may need a wedge kit to change the angle of the platform if you have tall tires.
If the guards are pointing down after you get it lowered you can tilt the cutter bar back up on the left side by shortening the adjustment rod on the gear box. I run mine pointing up slightly so it will go up over rocks instead of scooping them in.
