That 1480 has about 5500 hrs or so on. We've spent some money on it, but it is pretty much drop dead reliable. I think I had one in field break down last year in about 800 acres. Depending on which old deeres you are running, you will think you died and went to heaven for servicing ease. We picked up some ground and went from a 3300 jd to this 1480 about 8 years ago, probably. The nice thing about them is that you can keep upgrading them with factory parts clear up to a lot of stuff on the 2588. Generally, maintenance runs about $3.25 an acre.
