Subject: 9510 dual range cylinder drive update.

dealer called and said nothing wrong with the drive but was putting bearings and seals into since it was out.
While waiting I pulled a filler plate and found the right outside cylinder weld was broken at the hub. It appeared to have been broken for a long time as there was no fresh metal on the hub. Realigned and welded.

Installed drive, it still has that clunk when you rock the cylinder while holding the drive steady. Guess that is normal.

Fired up separator and had a terrible vibration. Replaced the variable speed drive belt and all is well.

I am still confused about what really happened and what actually fixed it but am happy it is running fine now.
