SE Texas | We have it installed in our 2007 Massey Ferguson (Heston Series) 1839 inline small square baler. The install took a couple hours (I'm slow) and we've been happy with it. We didn't have any problems that we were trying to correct, we were looking to reduce the long-term wear and tear of various components. I guess your purchase would depend on what you wanted to accomplish with it. I don't know about the claims about reducing leaf shatter because I've never had a way to quantify it in a consistent manner, but I can see how it could help with the other things that they mention. But if your baler does fine on the crops that you harvest now then you may be just as happy without it. It all depends on what sort of end result your aiming for. | |
