Sounds like you need to check the chaffer and see how well you are distributing things across the shoe, which might involve a "kill-stall". You may need to do some fiddling around to get the threshed beans and chaff evenly distributed under the rotor. Could be several things could cause this and the operators manual has a list of things to check and do to get things even.
