Subject: RE: BTN+. Bio Tech Nutrients. Has anyone used it?

Had a salesman sample us a tote two years ago, I believe we used it at a 2 qallon / acre rate. We were told to apply it directly in contact with the seed on soybeans and saw a 40% stand reduction to the row on the acres applied vs the checks that were untreated. Everything was the same just turned the fertilizer pump off in the checks.

In the end the beans yielded close to the same as the check but we sprayed the field an extra time because of the reduced stand.

We were on a flood irrigated soybean field that was a silt loam soil texture, AGP's reasoning behind why it killed them was that the BTN+ absorbed salt and this high salt level killed the beans.

What is thier reccomendation now and what crop are you looking at using it on?
