Central Illinois | We have stored beans without any air for 35 years in a 3400 bu gov. bin (18' x 18'), concrete floor, no air. I just make sure they are about 12% or less with not a lot of green pods. The only spoilage I have had was a couple years ago when I got too lazy to level the top off and a little bit of the cone started spoiling. Bin is usually emptied in january. | |
