Subject: UPDATE - 1999 dodge diesel 'hunting' @ 50 MPH

A few weeks back I posted about this - appears torque converter was shifting in & out around 50 MPH.
No check engine light, no codes set using one of those hand held code readers. The ECM was also reset using the code reader.
Ground on the TPS checked out ok.
Anyway, the truck was left for about half a day (approx 10 hours) with the battery cables disconnected. Battery cables re-connected and voila - no more transmission hunting!

Glad its fixed (for now at least)................... thanks to all for the replies..................stay tuned!
