Prairie Home MO | We have a neighbor that we split cost like you said, 50-50. I wouldn't say it a great deal but the thing is, I call it junk ground, sells for same as good ground. We don't have to use some of our better ground for hay. Another thing is we know we have a source of hay. Here the old saying is more true than ever- You will go broke selling hay and you will go broke if you buy hay. Again here, IF you can find "good" hay it is getting to the point you would be better to buy than to produce it. | |
