Where is it coming from? Tranny? Driveline? Drop box at the back? Sounds like it could be a dry steady bearing. My brothers used to run their CR 1280 on a 9501 pt combine. When running at full throttle, the cab was quiet as can be, but stand beside the tractor when it went by, and the pto would howl like mad. Just the way it was. But no clicking or knocking.
