Subject: Crabgrass, creeping charlie, and dandelions in the lawn - how to get rid of it

Leesport, PA
The important crop on the farm, mom's lawn, is needing a little maintenance.

We have three main weeds we need to get rid of: crab grass, creeeping charlie, and dandelions. Any suggestions on a chemical we can use to get rid of these? When is the proper time to try and kill them?

We are located in north central Iowa so the first frost/freeze is certainly on its way in the next few weeks to a month. We would like to spray for all three at one time if possible using one chemical or a tank mix but we would consider a couple of applications if timing will be an issue.

As always, thanks for the knowledge you can share!

Ryan
