It appears that your data is not internally consistent for either a 16 row up and back design; or for a 16 row up, drive back and 16 row up design. That suggests that the study was  confounded with tire compaction from the previous year(s). Jim Schepers from Nebraska talked about this issues at the 2007 ISA on-farm conference and showed how compaction paths affect single row yield data.
