Subject: Re: Silo bags for grain (wheat sorghum)

Nth New South Wales Australia
Used the Sth American one's before, seem to do the job.Sprinkling a little urea where the bag will sit does deter mice a bit.Got to be vigilant with birds pecking holes which allow rain and foxes that will make holes if any mice around.
Personally I would not store grain any longer than 3 months in them.Have used them on wheat, barley, chickpeas and sorghum.
Mike.
