| Just came back from the bank, no problems. In fact, they seemed quite happy to make a loan that has a history of being paid back. I think that will be the key to financing your next years crop, they want to do business with people who pay, and have an asset worth more than the loan. That is more than can be said for the ones trying to refi the house at 125% value so they can pay off the credit cards and go buy a new car or boat or whatever. | |
