We tried that too. The service manager was really puzzled. They kept telling my wife to push the other button on the dash to switch it back, but that didn't work as only 1 button. So they said they would have to have it brought in to check it out. Wife's a Veterinarian, so fixing this is kind of low on the priority list at the moment (and the dealer is 1.5hr.away).
