Welding about 3/4 completed-one stretch must be 1/3 mile, most horizontal boring done. From what I understand here is what is remaining:
1) The sealers come through to seal the welds
2) Push pipe in the hole
3) Make final connections to pipes under the road and cover the thing
4) Repair tile
5) Cover and put ground back into condition
