Are there idiot lockouts on that machine?
My NH will sometimes click like that. I forget the exact sequence, but I think if the seatbelt switch is bad it locks out the starter.
Dunno what the 60xt has for lockouts but it's odd there isn't something...
I'd check for 12V on the starter solenoid terminal when you hear the 'click'. Bet you have nil there.
