The fuel pump on the bulk fuel tank does everything but pump. Tank has fuel, pump intake is not blocked, motor works ok, impellers spin freely, screen has a couple of teensy specks that would hardly impede flow. But it won't pump fuel. What am I missing here? TIA for any ideas.
