West Centeral SK | I went looking for a new to me combine today. The two choices I found where a JD CTS or a CIH 2188 both 1996s, both at 2500 hrs. both at same price! My old combime is a 1480, so I have a good handle on the IH. But don't know much about the CTS. JD dealer is 15 miles away IH dealer is 60 miles away. Both are good to deal with. Anyone with pros or cons either way would be nice to hear from you (small grains only). My 79 1480 blew the motor so things need to move along quickly so I can finish harvest up! TIA
