| I have a small grain trailer made by Neville Built that holds 800 bu. and has performed flawlessly since 2000. On the last few loads of corn I have noticed that the air brakes are not coming on until three of four seconds after I push down the brake pedal. Then after I stop and take off I can't move for three or four seconds until the brakes let off. I was wondering if there is a valve sticking on the trailer. I think the truck is fine because the other trailer works on it like it should. I grease the trailor brakes twice a year and drain the moisture out of the air tanks. Although no moisture seems to come out. The ABS light on the left rear of the trailer is not coming on like there is a problem.
Where do I start? It there a valve that needs cleaning or replaced? It can be dangerous so I need to get this fixed before harvest starts. Thank You | |
