Can't speak as to the 4400 series, but had a 950 for 6 years and now a 1100 navigator that is three years old. First one had 60' eagle booms and newer one has 90' eagle booms. Have been very happy with both of them. Have a pretty good dealer close by that stocks the necessities and can get other stuff in a day or two and is very knowledgeable about them. I have had only minor wear issues with both sets of booms and I run on some pretty hilly, washed out ground. With the 90' boom I wish they would change it to the Rogator style boom where the ends hydralicly fold over so you can make it smaller for little fields and small nooks like we have around here. Have the diaphram pump and have never touched it on either sprayer.
