| My 9650 did the same thing, changed fuel filters, blew out lines etc. didn't work. What it was, was crap in the tank that would float around and plug the pencil filter in the tank so you could try taking the line off there and blowing air through the tank to see if thats it. That would work for a couple of hours before it started acting up again. the next morning we drained the tank and flushed it out with diesel.
