Cedar Rapids, Iowa | That depends a lot on what receiver you're using and how the cables connect to it. If you're using NMEA data, then you could put a "Y" splitter cable on the serial line coming from the receiver. Both the combine monitor and the raven would need to be able to accept data at what ever speed the data stream is coming in at. Some devices require data at certain speeds and only certain NMEA sentences.
I'm doing something similar on a 2588. NMEA data out of a 252 at 5Hz at 38Kbps, going to the combine computer and another device. Seems to work so far, but I haven't used it in the field yet. | |
